B. Custom Design & Development Services

Upon receipt of full and final payment for custom Design or Development services, ownership of the final agreed-upon deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any third-party assets, open-source frameworks, or pre-existing proprietary tools owned by HOBIT BUSSINESS SERVICES LLC, for which the client receives a perpetual license to use.

3. Client Responsibilities for Services

For custom Design, Development, and Online Marketing projects, the client agrees to provide timely access to necessary materials, including branding guidelines, text content, images, hosting/domain credentials, and prompt feedback. Delays in providing required materials may result in adjusted project timelines.

4. Payments and Billing

• Digital Mockups: Full payment is required at checkout prior to digital file delivery.
• Agency Services: Custom projects are billed according to the specific proposal, statement of work (SOW), or invoice agreed upon with the client. Ongoing Online Marketing services (such as SEO, PPC, Email, and Social Media Marketing) may be billed on a recurring monthly retainer basis.
