Because we offer both instant digital downloads and custom labor-intensive services, our refund and cancellation terms are divided by product category below.

1. Digital Mockups (Downloadable Products)

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales of digital mockups are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Exceptions for a refund or file replacement on digital mockups will only be considered within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
  • The digital file is proven to be corrupted, defective, or incomplete, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement file within 72 hours.
  • You accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice (duplicate transaction).
  • The product description was materially different from the actual file received.

2. Design & Development Services

Our Design services (Logo & Branding, Website Design, Mobile App Design, Graphic/Print Design) and Development services (CMS, Mobile App Development, eCommerce, Software Development) require dedicated scheduling and specialized labor:
  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project in writing before any research, wireframing, design, or development work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
  • Work in Progress: Once work has commenced or initial concepts/milestones have been delivered, initial deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel a project mid-stream, any refund of milestone payments will be prorated based on the percentage of work already completed by HOBIT BUSSINESS SERVICES LLC.
  • Completed Milestones & Final Delivery: Once a project milestone is approved or final files/code have been delivered or deployed to a live server, no refunds will be issued.

3. Online Marketing Services

For ongoing Online Marketing services—including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing:
  • No Refunds on Executed Campaigns: Fees paid for completed or active monthly marketing retainers, campaign setups, and third-party ad spend (e.g., Google Ads or social media ad budgets) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of Recurring Services: You may cancel recurring monthly marketing services at any time by providing at least 14 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Your service will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
